Dr Lim Yeow Wai

Dr Lim Yeow Wai is an Orthopaedic Surgeon. He completed his MBBS in 1996 at NUS. He subsequently attained his Membership from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 1999, Masters of Medicine (Surgery) from NUS in 2000 and Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 2003. He completed his overseas clinical fellowship in Upper Limb and Hand Surgery in Australia. Thereafter, he was awarded the New York Presbyterian Hospital – Shoulder, Elbow and Sports Medicine (ASIAN) Fellowship and went on to complete his fellowship with Professor Louis U Bigliani in 2006.
Dr Lim was formerly the Director of Shoulder and Elbow service in Changi General Hospital. He was also the Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Orthopaedic Association from 2004-2005, and is Chairman of the Orthopaedic Chapter of the Sports Medicine Association of Singapore from 2007-2009. Dr Lim has over 20 publications and a book chapter in Advances in Elbow Reconstruction with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
